Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of StepInside walkthrough videos ("Videos") from stepinsidevideo.com. StepInside is operated by Kosztolányi Bence Ferenc, a sole proprietor registered in Hungary (see Contact). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Business use only

Our service is offered to real estate professionals and other businesses for business purposes. By ordering you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business (including as a self-employed agent or broker), not as a consumer.

2. What we deliver

For each order we create, from the photos or listing link you provide:

• one landscape (16:9) video and one vertical (9:16) video, MP4;
• in the package you selected (Standard 720p or Premium 1080p);
• with background music in the style you chose and, if requested, an end card with your details.

3. AI-generated visualization

Videos are created with artificial intelligence from still photos. Camera movement between and within rooms is generated, not filmed. Every video is reviewed by a person, but a Video may still contain small details that differ from the actual property (for example lighting, textures, or objects at the edge of the frame). You are responsible for reviewing each Video before publishing it and for making sure your use complies with the laws, MLS rules and advertising standards that apply to you. We recommend labeling Videos as "AI-generated walkthrough" or similar.

4. Your photos

You confirm that you own the photos and other materials you submit, or have permission from the owner (e.g., the photographer, seller or brokerage) to use them for creating marketing videos, and that your materials do not infringe anyone's rights. You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and costs arising from materials you submit or from your use of the Videos.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 48 hours after payment and receipt of usable photos. If the photos are not suitable (too few rooms, low resolution, heavy watermarks), we will contact you; in that case the 48 hours start when we receive suitable photos. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees.

6. Revisions

Each order includes one round of revisions, requested by reply to the delivery email within 14 days. Revisions cover fixing visual errors, changing the order of shots, the music style, or end card details. New photos or a different property count as a new order.

7. Price and payment

Prices are shown in USD on our website at the time of order and are paid in advance via Stripe. Introductory discounts apply to a customer's first order only. Prices do not include any taxes you may owe in your own jurisdiction.

8. Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. License

Once paid, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Videos to market the property shown and your business, on any website, social network, listing portal or ad. You may not resell the Videos as a standalone product or extract the music for separate use. The music is licensed stock music; if a platform raises a copyright claim on a track, tell us and we will replace it free of charge.

10. Portfolio

We will only show your Video as a sample on our website or in our marketing if you opted in on the order form. You can withdraw this permission at any time by email.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, commissions or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve any dispute by email in good faith.
